At Honest to Goodness we believe it’s really important to step out of work mode sometimes and take a moment to sit and enjoy a meal together.
So last Thursday we did exactly this and were lucky enough to have the wonderful Angie Cowen from ‘Angie Gluten Free’, back at the H2G headquarters to prepare our spring seasonal staff lunch for us.
This time it was an abundance of colourful, fresh and organic produce that really celebrated the warmer spring season now in full swing.
Angie created a delicious selection of tasty platters for us to share, full of our own wholesome and organic products and fresh produce from the markets!
With a tasty cloudy apple spritzer prepared by our staff, we sat down and enjoyed the great flavours and company around us and took some time out from the daily buzz of the office and warehouse to relax.

Sprouted Lentil Pate served with Crudites
Green Salad with Activated Walnuts and Wholegrain Mustard Dressing
Raw Zucchini Linguini with Activated Almond Spinach Pesto
Quinoa Cakes rolled in Sesame and topped with a Zesty Avocado Mousse and topped with Fresh Coriander
Spinach and Leek Frittata with a Soft Goats Cheese & Roast Beetroot Relish
Our tables were decorated with simple touches of potted colour, curly parsley and recycled timber boxes and set amongst the usually buzzing warehouse floor.
It was a great afternoon and a big thank you to Angie again for creating such an amazing meal for us to share, it was a wonderful way to sample some of our own organic products in a new delicious way and gather together for a meal.
